No subscription. No account. No cloud. The subscription tools cost $540–$4,320 every three years — Progress Note Studio costs $79, total, forever. The app downloads instantly, so all sales are final — which is exactly why the complete demo is right here on this page. Try everything above first; buy when you're sure.
Get Progress Note Studio — Windows1. Unzip the download (right-click → Extract All…). 2. Open the folder and double-click ProgressNoteStudio.exe. 3. That's it — no installer, no account, no internet.
Digitally signed. The app is code-signed through Microsoft's Azure Artifact Signing service — right-click the .exe → Properties → Digital Signatures shows the identity-verified publisher, Hawani Tessema. If Windows SmartScreen appears on first launch (normal for any new download), click More info → Run anyway.
Verify your download (optional). The official download's SHA-256 checksum is:

To check: open PowerShell, run Get-FileHash ProgressNoteStudio_v1.zip, and compare. A match means the file is byte-for-byte what we published.
Your data never leaves your machine. The app makes no network connections and saves nothing on its own — there is no server, no telemetry, and nothing for us (or anyone) to breach. Questions before buying? support@progressnotestudio.com
